The Remote Controller team utilizes QuickBooks® Online and Drake Tax Software along with other tools and resources to teach clients, assist them to grow and manage their businesses, and to improve their knowledge of cash flow and wealth building.
Our clients are mostly individually owned businesses and include a diverse array of industries served. Since our services are all cloud based, we work remotely but are always present and can serve clients in any city or state that your business requires.

Keith M. Earl, CPA
Keith M. Earl is a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor who has experience across the spectrum of services related to helping small-medium sized businesses and individuals plan for and meet their financial goals. He has over four decades of experience in accounting, tax preparation, and bookkeeping, with more than 20 years of experience in QuickBooks®. Keith received his BA in Accounting at the University of Utah in June of 1978 and has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas since March 1981. Keith previously served as controller for entrepreneurial businesses and as Senior Management Advisor during periods of rapid change, including transitions to new ownership and annual growth of over 40%. As an independent CPA since 1991, Keith has worked with individuals, entrepreneurs, and small-medium sized businesses on:
setting up accounting systems
using QuickBooks® to manage their finances
tax preparation including planning and complete local, state and federal tax accounting
IRS problem resolution
payroll setup and payroll liabilities management
periodic review of accounting records
financial planning and education
Nikki Reale has been with The Remote Controller since 2017. She has experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and payroll systems including applicable payroll tax filing. Nikki is a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor. She has also worked on researching and implementing creative, consistent company procedures and client relations.
Gabby Martineau has been an account manager with The Remote Controller starting in 2019. She holds degrees from the University of Utah. Gabby has previously worked as a therapist. She specializes in bookkeeping with QuickBooks®, financial reporting, and building relationships with clients.
